Game Mechanics

Armor Battle is the answer of games to Combat of his competitor Atari, taking over the principle of tank duel but adding a more realistic and strategic dimension to the battlefield. Trees and buildings can be used as a shelter against enemy fires, grass and marshes slow down tanks, paved roads on the contrary allow to go faster. The idea of a mined field, already used in the electronic LED game Armor Battle (Armoured Battle), published by Electronics games the previous year, is also resumed, since it is possible for each player to deposit mines, invisible, that damage the enemy tank if it rolls on it.

Each player has two tanks on the ground and can at any time move from one to another.
