About game

Game Mechanics

The player controls a samurai and has to explore each level to find four special objects needed to progress. The character can walk, jump, grow and climb to some vertical walls. He can fight with bare hands or with a magic sword, and equip himself with a secondary weapon, like daggers and throw axes, or gravitational masses. He is confronted with various creatures and traps on the way and a boss at the end of the level.

The character has a standard physical energy gauge and a mystical energy gauge. The latter automatically fills up by recovering the orbs of the killed enemies. Mystical energy allows to load regeneration pots, key locations where the character reappears after death or after using a teleportation potion. A certain amount of mystical energy is necessary so that the character can use the magic sword and collect secondary objects (cloche, lamp, weapons).

The decor sometimes presents unsurpassable difficulties, such as fire walls and stone falls, which require the intervention of a wizard. The character invokes the mage using magic bells that he must first find. The environments present food that restores the life gauge and treasure chests that bring bonus points. There are also portals and potions that teleport the character to another section of the level or the last activated regeneration pot: the size of the levels is important and it is possible to return to previous levels to search for an object. The decors present destructive walls and hide many bonus items that the character reveals by striking the walls. The location of these hidden objects can be highlighted using magical lamps.

It is possible to save the part.
