Game Mechanics

This game features the two main protagonists of the film Wayne's World Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar.

Wayne Campbell must deliver Garth Algar from a pink gelatin called "Zantar". To do this, Wayne has an electric guitar and must evolve in 4 different worlds before reaching the final boss.

In the first level (discovered in 3 parts), Wayne has to fight against various musical instruments such as horny, cello, saxophones, accordions, a sort of small strings and orchestra musical ensembles. This level decorates a recording studio that can be seen in the film. This level is called "Kramer's Music Store". The end boss of this level is a robot resembling a reptile cut from a scrap bird that uses his neck to try to kill Wayne.

In the second level (discovered in 3 parts), Wayne must fight against donut throwers, small cake men in their fritures that throw fireballs, jumping cakes, pieces of sugars, cups that throw coffee through a straw, and coffee vapours out of a gril. This level decorates the kitchen of the bar-café of the city of Aurora where the film is going: The snack bar of Stan Mikita. This level is called "Stan Mikita's Donut Store". The boss of this level is a kind of man-cookies whose weapon favorites and swinging cookies on Wayne to neutralize it. (This level is probably the hardest of the 4).

In the third level (discovered in 3 parts), Wayne has to fight against his ex-girlfriend Stacy (who can kill him by sending him kisses or gifts), "rangers" type shoes, intermittent flame lances, darts thrown at targets, big jumping and slipping at the same time, carnival masks resembling heads of vampires or small blonds. This level has to decorate a billiards and video games room (one of which is the video game "Zantar" mentioned in the film). This level is called "Gas Works". The boss of this level is a rocker of the 1960s (strongly resembling Elvis Presley) who disappears and reappears and uses his black glasses to kill Wayne.

In the fourth level (in one part), Wayne has to fight against women with their "Suce-cut" aspirators (see the movie), flying ducks throwing 'ufs, mailboxes containing monsters and finally automatic sprinklers. The end boss is obviously Zantar the pink gelatin in which, during the fight, we can see Garth Algar locked up, waiting for him to be released. The level decor is a city in the air with pink and blue houses, orange fire hydrants and red and blue mailboxes. This level is called "Surburbia".
