As in the previous opus, you embody the mayor of a city that you need to build and manage. a scenario mode proposes you to take the reins of a city already built and to achieve a specific objective. building infrastructure, connecting the city to the rest of the world, reading the newspapers to get the opinion of the citizens, as many tasks that will teach you the hard work of mayor.
