Kid Klown in Crazy Chase on Super Nintendo is the suite of Kid Klown in Night Mayor released on Nintendo in 1993. You play Kid Klown and have to counter Blackjack's plans. At each level, this one throws a bomb and you have to run as quickly as possible avoiding obstacles to arrive before the bomb and preventing it from explode. You need to pick up four cards before arrival, otherwise the level must be resumed.
